Kathy Henderson, RBT
Kathy Henderson serves as Leadership Support Liaison, where she assists with employee engagement initiatives and supports internal leadership processes. In this role, she helps facilitate communication, track feedback, and support follow-through on key organizational initiatives.
In addition to her leadership support role, Kathy serves as a Program Lead and Registered Behavior Technician, bringing direct clinical experience into her work with both staff and leadership. She is known for her reliability, organization, and commitment to supporting a positive and structured team environment.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys learning, spending time outdoors, and embracing joyful, spontaneous moments—including her love of music and dancing. She treasures time with her family and is deeply grateful for the relationships in her life.
